The staff is very friendly and helpful. The follow up call after installation was very unexpected and made me feel valued. I can say they care and does whatever they can to make patients feel comfortable.
My 7 year old daughter was so nervous her first appointment. The staff at ARCH were amazing and helped calm her nerves with kindness.
